Description

Handmade rig, developed for Big Game catches of the Mediterranean, such as Dusky Groupers, Dogtooth Groupers and Pelagic species such as Amberjack, Tuna, etc. The handmade rigging is made with reinforced hooks and high strength Assist Line and specifically with the Carbotex Assist Line, which is made with tight weaving, is particularly soft and easy to use, in order to achieve the perfect knot. It is also characterized by its abrasion resistance on rocks.

The hooks that have been used, are also reinforced, by VMC and specifically the model 7264 in black nickel, with a straight, short shank and an eyelet.

The Big Game handmade rig is intended for use with live, or fresh bait. Using these rigs requires tough rods, such as the Yuki Nuba and X-Zoga Live Bait to get better and easier hooks.

Available in sizes: 9/0 11/0 13/0 with Assist Line Carbotex 1.3 mm.
